Scenario
The DP6 diversity committee needed a name , a strong brand, and visual guidelines to clearly integrate employees and, more importantly, to be a leading channel for diversity both inside and outside the company , acting as a propagator of the employer brand culture. Insights into its development can be found below:


The naming challenge came with the mission of creating a name that was representative , relatable , and that spoke to the feeling of belonging in various spheres , such as gender, sexuality, and ethnicity/race. Among many names, DiverSer was the chosen name.
